the staff WERE friendly and helpful when addressed with concerns.
the breakfast selection was disappointING. Coffee was undrinkable, tasting burned. There were not enough tables to accommodate all guests at peak times. This created a chaotic experience each morning.

our beautiful bungalow beachfront offered generous space. the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub, a lovely touch. breakfast presented ample choices.
the minibar prices seemed a little high. i found a convenience store nearby.

My room was spacious and clean. The staff provided fantastic service and were great my expectations. I found the location to be perfect with a BEAUTIFUL beach. The yoga classes were a great added benefit.
I found that the happy hour menu had limited options.

the room was great, with a large bed and plenty of storage.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping left much to be desired. during my stay, the room was only ready before 6:00pm on two occasions. i personally had to chase the staff to have it cleaned. It was quite bothersome

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant.
The housekeeping was unreliable. Our room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon on several days. On arrival, we could not check in until 6:00 pm because the room was not ready. We only had one large and one hand towel left in the room after it was cleaned, annoying.
